How quickly can you arrange a charter? For a straightforward domestic Indian route, often within 24 to 48 hours subject to aircraft availability. International charters require permits, and a standard DGCA landing permit takes 5–7 working days, which sets the realistic minimum. Medevac flights are treated as immediate and permits are worked in parallel on the 24–48 hour express route.
Do you own aircraft? No. We arrange charter on aircraft operated by vetted operators and tell you who is operating your flight. Being independent of any single fleet means we can recommend the aircraft that actually fits the trip.
What affects the charter price? Aircraft type, flight time, positioning legs, crew duty, airport charges, permits, fuel and taxes. Positioning is the cost most often underestimated — an aircraft based far from your departure point can add considerably before anyone has boarded.
Can you arrange an air ambulance urgently? Yes. Medevac requests are treated as immediate priority, with aircraft, medical crew, DGCA medical clearance, expedited permits and ground ambulance coordination run in parallel. Call rather than email.
Do you handle one-way charters? Yes. Where an operator has an empty positioning leg matching your route, the cost can be considerably lower. Ask us whether anything suitable is available for your dates.
