Do you use pre-vetted drivers? Yes. Drivers are vetted, briefed on the movement and confirmed in advance, with details passed to the crew or passenger. Security-sensitive movements carry additional vetting and route planning.
Can you arrange airside vehicle access? Where the airport permits it and the necessary clearances can be obtained. Availability varies by airport and passenger category — ask us about the specific station and we will confirm.
What happens if the flight is delayed? Transport is retimed and reconfirmed. Our desk monitors the movement, so in most cases the driver is being rescheduled before you have to ask.
Are hotel rates marked up? Rates are passed through with a stated coordination fee. You see the room rate and our fee separately.
Can you arrange transport in cities where we have no local knowledge? That is the point of the service. Across India and the region we use providers we have used before and can hold accountable.
