What Flight Supervision Covers
Pre-flight planning and preparation
Confirming that permits, slots, parking, handling, fuel and catering are all in place and consistent with one another. A permit issued for one date and a slot held for another is a problem best discovered on the ground, days early.
Coordination with air traffic control, airport authorities and ground handlers
In India these are separate conversations with separate organisations — ATC, airport operations, Customs, Immigration, BCAS and the handling agent. Somebody has to hold all of them at once, and that is what this service is.
Oversight of fuelling, catering and passenger handling
Supervised at the aircraft by a named representative accountable for the outcome, not reported second-hand afterwards.
Compliance with your SOPs and regulatory requirements
We operate to your standard operating procedures alongside the regulatory requirements of the station. Send us the relevant sections of your operations manual and we brief our supervisors against them before the movement.
Reporting
A written record of the movement — times, services, deviations and costs — closing the loop for your operations and finance teams.

Yes. Single movements are entirely normal and many long-term relationships begin with one trip.

Yes. VIP and charter flight supervision, including fast-track customs and immigration clearance and confidentiality for high-profile passengers, is a long-standing part of our work.
