Send Your Crew List Early
Immigration and customs requirements in India depend on crew nationality, flight category, aircraft registration and routing, and they change. Send us crew and passenger lists with nationalities as early as possible. Most documentation problems we see would have been trivial to solve two weeks before departure and are very difficult to solve two hours before.

Do crew members need a visa to enter India? It depends on nationality, the purpose of the flight and whether the crew will leave the airport. Some crew operate under temporary landing permission rather than a full visa. Send us the crew list with nationalities and we will confirm what applies to your trip — noting that the final position always rests with the issuing authority.
What is temporary landing permission? A permission allowing crew to disembark for a limited period without holding a full visa, subject to conditions and to approval. Whether it is available depends on the circumstances of the flight, and we will tell you before you rely on it.
Can you clear AOG parts through Indian customs? Yes, this is routine work. Tell us as soon as a part is shipped so documentation begins alongside the freight rather than after it lands.
Do you file the general declaration? Yes, as part of trip support, along with the remaining arrival and departure documentation.
Can you assist with passenger visas? We advise on requirements and assist with documentation and coordination. Issuing visas is a government function — we cannot guarantee an outcome, and any provider claiming otherwise should be treated with caution.
Are additional clearances needed for restricted areas? Yes. Operations to certain airstrips in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh may require security clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs in addition to the DGCA permit. Allow additional processing time.
